How do I Select the right size Knee Brace for me?

At Performance Bracing Australia we strongly recommend organising a fitting or telehealth appointment with a trained consultant before selecting a new knee brace.

Even those who are replacing an existing pair of braces, or upgrading to a new model, are served best by organising a fitting and/or review to ensure the brace is optimised best for their anatomy.

See our Blog here on the importance of having a correctly fitted knee brace.

For those confident with sizing and selection, we provide a size chart and measuring information for each Knee Brace on their individual product pages.

How Do i Clean my POD or CTI knee braces?

The POD and CTi braces can be washed down with warm water and allowed to Air Dry.

Velcro straps and Frame liners may be removed from the frame prior to washing and washed separately.

We do not recommend using high pressure hoses to wash your brace. Braces and Accessories are not to be washed in a Washing Machine.

Do not leave braces to sit in water for an extended period of time when cleaning.

Can I claim my POD or CTi Knee Brace on Private Health Insurance?

Both the POD Active Range of Bracing and the CTi Range of Bracing are registered as Medical Grade Knee Braces.

When fitted by a registered clinician you may be eligible for a rebate from your Insurer depending on your individual cover.

As a registered Provider for most Private Health Insurers, TAC and Workcover Performance Bracing Australia can assist with this process.
