Refund policy

Returns are accepted for exchange or refund only if the item returned is unused (except for test fitting), with original tags, and in its original packaging.

Please email info@performancebracing.com.au or call directly on 0419 371 849 before returning an item so a Return Authorisation (RA) Number can be provided.

Returns must be posted to our PO Box Address (below) within 21 days of purchase, with the accompanying RA Number.  Items returned after 21 days, or without an RA Number, may be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.  Performance Bracing Australia is under no obligation to accept items returned without a linked RA Number

Used (beyond test fitting), obsolete, soiled, or modified products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds and Exchanges will be processed as soon as an item has been returned, reviewed, and accepted for refund or exchange by our Returns Assessment Team.  You will be notified of this decision immediately after the item has been assessed.  Refunds will be made via your original payment method only.  Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to be available depending on your original payment method and their processing system.

 Shipping fees are a non-refundable item, however, they may be considered at the discretion of our team.

All items returned for a refund/exchange must be accompanied by an Original Order Number, an RA and Proof of Purchase
