Shipping policy
Pricing
Our standard shipping rate is $13 Australia wide.
Orders of $100 or more will be freight free Australia wide.
How Long
In-Stock items will be packaged once payment has processed, and ship within 24 hours of packaging on a standard business day. In-Stock items ordered before 10am will ship the same day (as long as payment has processed before 10am). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will ship the next business day. Non-stock items (or out of stock items) will be processed as soon as they are available from suppliers.
Orders will typically take 2-3 business days to arrive once they have shipped. Orders to regional Australia may take longer, depending on local delivery services.
We will endeavour to maintain these delivery timeframes. Occasionally this may not be possible due to factors out of our control. If this occurs we will notify you by phone and/or email as soon as possible.
How will I Know?
Tracking information will be provided for all orders as soon as it is available via email or SMS. This may be same day, early the following day, or when an out-of-stock item is in-stock, depending on when the item is processed.

Delivery
All items will ship with tracking information via Australia Post.
All postage will be sent Express; however, Performance Bracing Australia cannot guarantee postage times or delivery accuracy as this will be determined by Australia Post.
If there has been a delivery error, or a non-delivery, please notify us immediately via email at info@performancebracing.com.au but also contact Australia Post directly and quote the tracking information provided. They will be best suited to answer delivery questions.
If an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item/s. We will advise the immediate steps for return/replacement.
Faulty/Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a faulty or damaged product arrives in your delivery, please notify us immediately via email info@performancebracing.com.au or call on 0419 371 849. We will advise of the next steps to return/exchange your item.
Items identified as faulty/damaged under warranty will be refunded/replaced as requested. If an item is not under warranty, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
All items returned for a refund/exchange must be accompanied by an Original Order Number and Proof of Purchase.
